In a strategically significant transaction, OIA Global has successfully acquired Australian company Airmark Ocean & Air Logistics Pty. Ltd.
The deal was facilitated by WCL Worldwide Consultants in Logistics as an advisor to Airmark Ocean & Air Logistics playing a key role in its successful completion. Under the leadership of Martin Sieg, Managing Partner who oversaw the entire transaction, WCL organized the digital data room, conducted contract negotiations, and meticulously monitored the entire process.
