We are looking for a Key Account Executive for a senior-level position that offers you a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the shipping industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with assigned clients, negotiating business deals, and supporting your colleagues with your expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
Management and Development of Business Relationships:
You will take responsibility for key client relationships, lead negotiations, and ensure business growth. Additionally, you will support your colleagues with your specialized knowledge in project and special cargo.
Contract Management:
You are responsible for negotiating and managing client contracts at a senior level. As the escalation point for unresolved issues, you will offer tailored solutions and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Business Development:
You will set the strategy for business development and growth in your area of expertise, managing the entire process from planning to post-contract review. Your role is crucial in driving sustainable growth and achieving sales targets.
Building and Maintaining Relationships:
To safeguard and expand relationships with your key accounts, you will maintain close contact with key decision-makers and work with internal departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
Digital Transformation:
In line with the company’s digital transformation, you will promote and utilize our digital tools while constantly seeking new ways to implement technological solutions in your area of expertise.

Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in Key Account Management
Strong negotiation skills
Expertise in project and special cargo
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a dynamic and digital environment

Remarks:
In addition to the primary responsibilities listed above, the job holder will carry out any other duties or projects assigned by the company. Flexibility with working hours is required to meet operational business needs and support the department in achieving its KPIs.
