Key Responsibilities
Contract Execution and Monitoring: Ensure the successful execution of all bulk cargo contracts post-fixture, including monitoring voyage progress, vessel schedules, and loading/discharging activities.
Coordination with Stakeholders: Act as the primary liaison between clients, operations teams, port agents, and vessel operators to coordinate cargo movements and resolve any operational issues.
Documentation and Compliance: Manage and verify all necessary documentation for each shipment, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and internal policies.
Claims Management: Handle any claims related to cargo operations, in compliance with the Company policy.
Performance Tracking: Track vessel and voyage performance metrics, analyze voyage profitability, and prepare detailed post-voyage reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Operational Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and address any operational issues that may arise during the voyage, including delays, port challenges, or cargo discrepancies, to minimize impact on service and costs.
Client Communication and Service: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on cargo status, respond to inquiries, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the post-fixture process.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve post-fixture processes, including workflow optimization and enhanced data management, to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or business development within the shipping and/or Logistics industry, preferably in project cargo.
Exceptional negotiation skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
In-depth knowledge of the maritime market, logistics, and international transportation.
Advanced level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to travel as required by business needs. 

Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or business development within the shipping industry, preferably in project cargo.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to the described tasks and a willingness to fully dedicate themselves to the role.
Strong understanding of maritime operations, especially within bulk cargo logistics.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and maritime documentation.
Problem-solving skills and ability to respond proactively to operational challenges.
Experience in contract execution in a maritime or logistics environment.
