Our client, an internationally active company in the logistics industry, is looking for a Branch Manager (m/f/d) for the Munich branch. In this key role, you will assume economic, strategic, and operational responsibility for the location. Your task is to further develop the branch, lead a high-performing team, and sustainably optimize business results.
Your Responsibilities:
Leadership & Development
Promote a positive corporate culture and develop employees.
Establish a respectful feedback culture and long-term succession planning.
Select, hire, and systematically onboard new employees.
Sales & Customer Management
Support and develop existing and new customers.
Manage the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Analyze customer results and derive appropriate measures.
Economic & Operational Management
Monitor business performance and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Ensure efficient processes and workflows.
Handle escalation management and actively solve problems.
Your Profile:
Completed commercial studies or equivalent training.
At least 5 years of experience in sales or a leadership role, ideally in air/ocean freight.
Entrepreneurial mindset and independent decision-making.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Very good German and English language skills.
Preferably an existing reliability check (ZÜP) in accordance with the German Aviation Authority.
