This role ensures district profitability through effective management of sales, terminal handling, warehousing, customer service, and human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Drive new business acquisition and expand market share.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor satisfaction and handle complaints.
Operational Efficiency: Optimize resources and enhance service performance.
Business Planning: Develop and follow yearly business plans.
Financial Management: Improve working capital and adhere to finance policies.
KPI Monitoring: Monitor KPIs and improve productivity.
People Management
Define roles and performance targets.
Foster a culture of quality and service excellence.
Promote team spirit and conduct performance appraisals.
Identify training needs and development opportunities.
Requirements
Experience: 8-10+ years in logistics or supply chain industry, including management experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics or Transportation.
Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
