As part of a globally recognized logistics company, this role is key to ensuring strong operational performance and profitability through effective leadership in sales, terminal handling, warehousing, customer service, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Drive new business development and expand market presence.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high standard of customer care and manage complaint resolution.
- Operational Excellence: Improve operational efficiency and service quality across all functions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor annual business plans and goals.
- Financial Oversight: Optimize working capital and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and enhance overall productivity.
People Management
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance goals for team members.
- Foster a strong culture of service quality, safety, and operational excellence.
- Support employee development through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Encourage team spirit and create a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Experience: 8–10+ years in the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry, including proven leadership experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
